Momotaro koi farm visit in Okayama prefecture today.
Momotaro koi farm got the huge disaster during first week of July.
All of koi lovers are worried and concerned the current situation now. I confirmed the fry ponds have been repaired and now in the good shape.

CEO Daisuke San and his right-hand Okada San are very thankful to a lot of Koi dealers, such as Narita koi farm, breeders from Kyushu area, Niigata area and oversea friends from Singapore and Philippines who arrived quickly on time for the rescue especially on the Tosai and Nisai koi. Tosai and nisai koi were then in the mud pond, the rescuers have saved most of them. Without them, all salvaged works were impossible. The mess was cleared up by the team as well. We really have to salute everyone who contributed the efforts. That’s why 80 % 2 Sai koi survived.
Another great news was, 80% first harvested koi has survived as they are safely transferred to green house before disaster took place.

Just less than one month after the nightmare, Momotaro coupled the koi again and successfully spawned with good results again. Now the mud pond full of fry. What’s the amazing effort and recovery speed.
Here, together, we looking forward for Momotaro koi farm regaining Power!
Best regards.
Good shape Momotaro Tosai and Nisai as below.
